eConsult Coming soon
We are excited to announce that we will soon be launching eConsult for our patients. The service will be accessible via the practice website and will enable patients to access safe and efficient advice for their health conditions as well as consult with their GP from the convenience of their own home. Attend Anywhere - Video Consultations
We now are able to offer video consultations to patients who have difficulty in attending the surgery. This could be due to work commitments or mobility issues. As a general rule this is appropriate for any problems that you think you will mainly have to talk about and if you think a GP will need to touch or examine you then it is not suitable for a video consultation. Please ask our receptionists if you would like to book a video consultation. FIND OUT MORE HERE
Minor Ailments - Help Us Help You!
Many minor ailments such as coughs and colds can be treated with medicines available at your local pharmacy or the supermarket. This helps you feel better quicker and keeps our appointments available for when we are needed. We have a minor ailments area of our website (which you can access by clicking here or clicking minor illness on the right side of this page) which is designed to help you with how to manage minor illnesses in you and your family. The NHS also has a useful website called Know Who To Turn To to help you make decisions about who is the most appropriate person to ask for help from for a variety of issues.
We offer online repeat prescription and appointment booking via this website. We are inviting people to register for this service by downloading and printing the form below and handing it into the practice. Please note each family member will need their own form and over 13's will need to fill out their own form with their own email address.
When booking, confirmation of the appointment will be sent to the registered email address - please bear this in mind if anyone other than the patient involved has access to that email - they may also see this confirmation email for your appointment.
