Prepare for telehealth consultation

Step 1 - Ensure Technical Set Up is complete

Please set up your chosen device as per the above specification prior to your video consultation appointment.

If there is a technical issue this may impact on our ability to provide your video consultation.

Stonehaven Medical Group is not able to offer technical support for your computer settings or set-up. Our Patient Participation Group has members who have indicated they would be able to help - please contact them for further support.

For further assistance with setup/use please visit the user guide by clicking HERE.

Step 2 - Test your setup

We would suggest checking all the above technical requirements are met BEFORE your allocated appointment time - ideally when your appointment is made, and then on the morning of the appointment.  Please click on the link below and choose “Test Call” to ensure all is working as it should.

The “Test Call” runs you through the same checks as a real video call, without connecting you to anyone.
