Self Referral for Physio

physioIf the doctor has suggested physio may be useful, you can now phone 0800 917 9390 (Open Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM).  You will then be asked questions about your condition and they will either direct you towards exercises, videos or a physio consultation as required.  Please remember though this if the diagnosis has not yet been made, it may be better to discuss with a member of the practice team first to find out if physio is likely to be  helpful.
