Online Services

Please note at present you can only book routine appointments through the website. Emergency and nursing appointments will still require you to phone us!

Online services offered

  • Booking and cancelling appointments
  • Ordering repeat prescription

When booking, confirmation of the appointment will be sent to the registered email address- please bear this in mind if anyone other than the patient involved has access to that email – they may also see this confirmation email for your appointment.

Our online services are quick, easy and convenient to use from a smartphone, tablet or computer.

They will save you time and help you take more control of your health, particularly if you have any long-term medical conditions which require regular monitoring and prescriptions.

  • Please note we look closely at all applications for access to make sure they are genuine.
  • Access can also be withdrawn at any time if there are concerns about patient confidentiality.

How to register

You can submit an online consultation using our eConsult platform – no registration is required for this.

You can also book an appointment in advance using our Patient Online Services this does require you to complete a registration process with the practice.

Once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password. This will be on an individual basis and a form will be required for each family member. Any person over the age of 13 will require their own email address for patient confidentiality.
